Tell us about your role:

I’m an Associate Director within the Private Sector Interim Management Team with specific responsibility for placing Senior Interim Consultants into the Construction, Infrastructure and Transport sectors. I’m based between London and Cambridge and my clients are UK wide. They range from Train Operating Companies to Building and Infrastructure Contractors. I supply mid to senior level executives into these organisations and programs on an interim basis. 

What were you doing before you joined Capita Executive Recruitment?

With over 16 years’ previous experience in the industry, I’m certainly well-networked across these sectors and have extensive experience of supplying senior level candidates on both the contractor and client side.

Stephen Womersley Director

Stephen Womersley

Tell us about your role:

I’m a Director within the Permanent Recruitment team, with specific responsibility for our Energy, Manufacturing and Infrastructure practice. Based in London at our Gresham Street office, I cover a global client base with specific focus on the UK and Europe. I work with international PLC’s and SME Manufacturers, delivering executives into mid-senior level positions.

What were you doing before you joined Capita Executive Recruitment?

My background is in the Aerospace, Defence and Manufacturing sectors. I’ve travelled a lot – living and working in the UK, Germany, Poland, India and more recently, Portugal. Spending nearly 18 years in senior management and board positions within these sectors has enabled me to gain extensive expertise in managing large-scale international technical projects and diverse stakeholder expectations.

What do you get up to outside of work?

I live in Gloucestershire with my family. At the weekends, you’ll usually find me in the countryside or in the water, doing whatever sport or activity my daughters decide on. I’m also currently learning Portuguese to keep up with them – they’re fluent in multiple languages!

Tell us something interesting about yourself:

I took a career sabbatical when I was 35 to pursue my passion for motorbikes! I got paid to ride some of the most exciting motorbikes of the time… It was great!

Loretta Manyard

Tell us about your role:

I am based in our London office and provide business support to our Managing Director Gavin as well as the wider CER team, keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently.

What do you get up to outside of work?

My weekends are spent mostly shopping, eating and drinking. I also enjoy working out and spending time with my family.
