Tell us about your role:

Within the technology sector, I cover publishing and digital media, online, new media pure plays, online businesses, telecommunications and new technology launches. Interim roles filled include Heads of Digital, Heads of Insight and Data, Programme and Project Managers, Product Development and eCommerce Managers, IT Directors and Department Heads in Human Resources, Organisational Design, Financial and Commercial facing roles. I enjoy meeting challenging and ambitious clients, understanding their needs and helping provide well-matched resources to satisfy their requirements. I also love interviewing interesting and inspirational candidates, discussing their skills and helping them achieve their career aspirations.

What were you doing before you joined Capita Executive Recruitment?

I’ve worked in recruitment for over twenty years, covering search, selection and interim management. During that time I’ve built and led recruitment teams, managed large scale recruitment projects and have also launched an established job board. 

What do you get up to outside of work?

I love cycling, playing racket ball and running (slowly). I also spend my time watching live music, eating out and going to the movies.
